Today, I’m introducing a new workforce category we are building nationally: AI Genologists™.

AI Genologists are trained professionals and collaborative, multi-generational teams who apply artificial intelligence, digital tools, and automation to help businesses improve operations, increase efficiency, and drive economic growth across generations.

We are entering a new era where businesses don’t just need access to technology—they need people who know how to apply it in real-world environments.

That’s where AI Genologists come in.

Through our work in workforce development, registered apprenticeships, and small business ecosystems, we are building a model that connects:
